英语语言教育的重要性不言而喻，而其中英语词汇教学在英语语言教育过程中则起着举足轻重的作用，然而，不少师生面对单词记忆倍感“压力山大”！为了与学生一起攻克词汇关， 我们做了如下探索与实践：
1 依托教材，层层铺开
1.发音不过关是导致背单词失败的最根本原因，所以在一轮复习期间，早读课上一定让学生跟着标准的录音背单词、朗读课文，反复听录音并跟着大声朗读。这时候眼睛、耳朵、嘴巴全部用起来了，不断刺激大脑，印象也特别深刻！
2.以2012年高考英语考试说明为蓝本（2013年考试说明尚未出台），以教育专家张思中的 “适当集中、反复循环，因材施教”为理论依据，将词汇按单元及字母顺序循环集中拼写，来落实单词的拼法、意思和词性。
3.编写句子翻译以及错题集（如下），让学生落实单词的语用。
错题集

2）A grand dinner party was held in ________ of the scientist’s seventieth birthday. （纪念）

4.以模块为单位，改编教材中各篇课文的填空（以第九单元第一课为例），复现词汇及课文，让学生落实单词的语用、加深单词和课文的印象。
Unit 9 Lesson 1
For years， people have been enjoying the 1.________ （好处） of cycling in Amsterdam， the “City of Bicycles”， because of the 2. ________ （convenient） for bicycles.
In the 1960s， cycling fans 3. ________ （油漆） hundreds of bicycles white and placed them in lots of neighborhoods around Amsterdam. Anyone was 4. ________ （允许） to take them and use them for short journeys. 5. ________ （where） someone finished a journey they would leave the bike there for someone else to use. 2 辅以课外，巩固补充
1.教育心理学家B.Bloom曾说：“一个带着积极情感学习课程的学生，应该比那些缺乏热情、乐趣或兴趣的同学或者比那些对学习材料感到焦虑或恐惧的学生学习得更好，更轻松、更迅速”。从这个意义上来说，心理认同是学习成功的关键，因此，我们选定《3年高考2年模拟 》为一轮复习资料，避免学生对教材厌倦，对重点词汇进行集中突击。
2.单词书总结囊括了考试常用的词汇，缩小了需要记忆单词的范围，对于在短时间内要突破考试的同学有很大的帮助。因此我们选择《高考英语词汇必备手册》以及《新课标词汇必备》两本单词书供学生们选择，进行高考词汇反复多遍的盘点记忆。
3.借助校自编的《总复习素材》归纳复习2010年福建省高考英语考试说明词汇表、不规则动词表、构词法、动词短语中的小品词、高考高频短语、书面表达高频短语，插入语和相似词辨析。
3 步步为营，水到渠成
经过了几轮的轮番轰炸以及坚持不懈地自编配套练习，意志力强大，有毅力的同学的词汇关，我坚信，早已拿下！但是，我们仍然秉着“竭尽全力、为了考生”的精神，印发2013年高考英语考试说明调整词汇例句以及《考试说明》词汇表让学生自查自测，补缺补漏。

实践证明，集中反复、多管齐下、群策群力是攻克英语词汇关的王牌！
